O. Henry Award

The O. Henry Award is presented in partnership with the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce at their annual dinner, usually in January, and recognizes an individual for extraordinary contributions to arts and culture.  Nominations for the 2009 O.Henry Award are due by December 1, 2008 at 5:00 pm.

Arts in Business Award

The Arts in Business Award honors businesses (profit or nonprofit) in the Greensboro area for their leadership, commitment and vision to provide outstanding support for the arts. Arts Education Teacher of the Year

This award is to recognize outstanding arts educators in private or public schools in Guilford County. To be eligible, a nominee’s primary role must be as an arts educator. Arts educators are those in the visual or performing arts including drama, music, dance and visual art. Due to funding cuts, this award has been postponed until 2009.
